Dear YAPC::Europe 2011 attendees,

In a few days this year's YAPC::Europe conference will be open. This short reminder lists the things you might want to know before the conference.

Conference

* Conference days are 15-17 August.

* Venue address is K. Valdemara iela 5, Riga, Latvia. Entrance coordinates: 56.95590, 24.10720.

* Attendees registration starts at 09:00 Monday 15th August in the venue hall.

* Print your conference ticket and bring it to the venue.

* Buy a ticket if the link above does not work for you.

Events

* Come by at the pre-conference meeting on Sunday 14th at 18:30 in an open-air cafe in the middle of Dome Square (Doma laukums). Coordinates: 56.94958, 24.10565.

* Attendees dinner is on Tuesday 16th August. There will be bus transfer from the venue at 18:20.

* Attendees dinner is free for every user with a ticket. Additional dinner for your partner can be purchased online.

* Free Perl 6 hackathon starts at 10:00 in Konventa Kampenhauzen room in Konventa Seta hotel. The address is Kalēju iela, 9/11 (56.948345, 24.11022). Ask for a direction at the hotel reception.
